Instructions

  2. Cook the Garlic: In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not burnt, building the flavor base for the Alfredo sauce.
  3. Add Liquids and Pasta: Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Add uncooked fettuccine, pressing it down gently and spreading out to prevent sticking. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, about 12-15 minutes.
  4. Finish with Cheese and Chicken: Once pasta is cooked and most liquid absorbed, stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Return cooked chicken to the pot and mix well until the sauce is creamy and chicken is heated through.
